Italian Skewers


The Italian Skewers contain tomatoes, olives and Massimo’s Bocconcini.
They are a great light snack in the summer or a side for lunch or dinner.
Very flavoursome with the creamy Bocconcini and olives that mixes superbly with the sweetness of the tomatoes.

  • Lettuce
  • Cherry Tomatoes: 150g
  • Massimo’s© Mozzarella- Bocconcini: 2 Containers
  • Sicilian Olives (Green Olives): 100g
  • Prosciutto: 50g
  • Skewers


Skewer the Ingredients Served
  1. 1. Stick the tomatoes, olives and Bocconcini onto the skewers, 2 of each works well.
  2. 2. Place the lettuce on a plate with some prosciutto and lay the skewers on top to serve.
