Ricotta

Our Fresh Ricotta is made in the traditional way. We simply add salt and milk to the whey, to completely preserve the purity and quality of the flavors. Its unique cone shape is given by the fuscella, the traditional container in which it is placed at the end of the processing cycle.

The delicate taste tends to be sweet, boosted by a creamy consistency which gratifies even the most refined palates.
