Hi, as an Italian living in New Zealand i missed so much our cheeses and i finally yesterday i found your mozzarella at pak n save in Dunedin. I absolutely loved it!!! Truly as good as in Italy. Thanks so much. Could you please let me know where I can buy your other cheeses from in Dunedin?

I love your mozzarella and am a regular buyer. I have found it more consistently good than any other on the market. Sadly, I had my first unsatisfactory batch this week. It was very hard. I bought it at New World Te Rapa and the expiry date was 12.05.16. I don’t know if that helps to see what might have happened differently on the day it was made. I’ve eaten it anyway! And will try again when the next batch comes into the store.

I love your Mozzarella it is just great. I also like very much the Ricotta. My Dad buys it from Eastridge New World and we put the fresh Mozzarella on a very crisp base pizza. Dad is now mixing a little honey into the pizza dough as when it is cooked, it crisps it up a little more.

Keep on making the great Mozzarella!
